Class Guide
At Unity Yoga, we provide a Student Map displayed in the studio and online to help you find the right class for your journey. This map features detailed class descriptions that outline what to expect and how you may feel after each session. To assist you in choosing classes, we include a class attendance count (e.g., 0-5, 10-20, 20-30, etc.) to help you gauge your experience level. Our classes vary in structure, intensity, and heat level, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Additionally, we emphasize the importance of rest practices, categorizing them into Levels I, II, and III, and we offer strength-focused classes like Yoga Conditioning.
