Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that can help promote balance & healing reduce stress & anxiety, encourages relaxation & general well-being. The Reiki Practitioner acts as a conduit to allow universal energy to flow through them into another, helping to balance energies and promote healing & well-being. Using light touch or hovering hands above the body, a practitioner places their hands on certain areas of the body correlating with the Chakras, or energy centers, which have a relationship to our endocrine system.
