Join Unity Yoga for our Fall 2020 200-hour yoga teacher training! This program, certified under the new yoga school standards of Yoga Alliance, features 200 hours of training in the four primary educational domains: Yoga Humanities; Anatomy & Physiology; Teaching, Training, & Technique; and Professional Essentials. Update for COVID19 – Teacher Training will run from September 2020 through June 2021 with the majority being delivered in an online classroom. Time commitments each weekend will be reduced and spread out over this time period to allow for flexibility for trainees.
Students will learn about the origins of yoga, a deep dive into the history of vinyasa, an overview of key bodily systems (muscular, skeletal, cardiovascular, endocrine, digestive, & nervous). Students will gain insight into the biomechanics and safe movements of the most common asanas, how to effectively sequence yoga classes, best practices for managing the business of yoga studios and private clients, and an overview of the benefits of yoga for recovery.
Students will have ample time to experience several of our class types (vinyasa, yin, meditation), as well as lead Yoga Nidra meditations and their own vinyasa class(s).
Full Schedule (Schedule below will be extended through June 6th with shorter weekend online learning hours): September 12, 2020- June 6, 2021

Procedure for withdrawal/withdrawal date: A student choosing to withdraw from the program after the commencement of classes is to provide written notice to the lead trainer and/or studio owner. The notice is to indicate the expected last date of attendance and be signed and dated by the student. The receipt date of written request to withdraw will be considered the withdrawal date.
A student will be automatically withdrawn if they have not attended any of the regularly scheduled teacher training classes for six (6) consecutive scheduled class sessions. In this case, the withdrawal date will be the date of the sixth consecutive missed class.

Tuition charges and refund amounts for the enrollment period will be determined as follows:
No refunds will be given after 50% attendance has been completed or 42 days (6 weeks) after the start of your program, whichever is earlier.
*Clock hours are defined as the number of classroom hours the program has met. These hours can be found on the 200-hour syllabus page.
*Administrative fees charged for Payment Plan options will not be refunded. An additional 5% of the tuition amount will be withheld for payments made with credit or debit cards.
*Missed or incomplete classes/trainings may be made up in other training sessions with up to two years for completion.
