This intermediate/Advanced class is a juicy, sweaty class that will focus on a vinyasa flow. The style of this class will highlight breath to movement flow, but also add time to pause, redefine, and realign the body and mind for a full body experience. Come to your mat, show up with an open mind and work towards a healthy and inspiring aspiration. It’s not about what you can’t do. It’s about the steps you will take to get to that progression.
