About The Class

This 60-minute all-levels class will take you through a short, yet challenging and transformational flow, that will leave you feeling strengthened and empowered. Connect with your breath, flow, with your body, and create a bigger way of being in only 60 minutes. Room is heated to 75 degrees via infrared heaters.
