This supportive and inspiring class offers a rejuvenating yet energized class to pre and post-natal mothers emphasizing stability, flexibility and vitality. This class will tone, strengthen, and quiet the mind while also providing facts and techniques for an optimal, joy-filled journey. No previous yoga experience is required. Room is heated to a comfortable 75 degrees.
