Our Wednesday evening Yin Flow & Restore class combines a gentle Vinyasa flow with slow Yin postures that are bookended with deep restorative postures. Our intention it to help you overcome the midweek slump with ease, balance, and an extra dose of self care! This class is appropriate for all levels, and it highly recommended for all yogis including pre/postnatal practitioners. Room is kept at around 74 degrees.
