Caroline Ozeroff: Bio coming soon!

Yoga has helped Rachel become more present in her personal and professional life. She has found a sense of home in her body, and is more equipped to listen to, and honor her needs. She hopes to help students connect with themselves, and gain the ability to move freely through their lives both physically and mentally.

Emily found yoga during her college years, and became a dedicated student during her graduate studies, when stress seemed to be at an all-time high, and free time was almost non-existent. A friend took her to a heated power-vinyasa studio, and she had no idea what a life-changing journey she was about to embark on.

Lauren believes yoga is a lifelong journey and practice with the power to change lives. Lauren began practicing yoga in 2014 in Cleveland, Ohio while looking for an outlet during grad school. Lauren, having spent most of her life training as a dancer, loved the invigorating yet mindful group dynamic in classes.

Karen  began practicing yoga in 1993 while studying at Temple University. A friend invited her to take a yoga class for credit since it would be an easy “A”. Little did she know at the time it would become an integral part of her life moving forward. Yoga has helped her manage her own anxiety, depression, motherhood and the daily stressors of life.

Maddie: Bio Coming Soon!

As a lifelong learner and teacher in numerous capacities, Katie’s passion has always been education and sharing knowledge. After graduating with a master’s degree in education, she was introduced to the healing power of yoga and learned lessons on the mat that were brought into life off the mat.

Meloni found her yoga practice 3 years ago and was immediately captivated. She strongly believes the greatest benefit of her personal practice is the ability to focus on her breath- both on and off the mat- in order to find grounding and remain present, to be here, in the now.

MaryKate (MK)

MaryKate (MK) O’Brien received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in Baptiste style yoga at Yoga Habit. A lifelong athlete, MK first began yoga for the physical benefits and has trained for 6 years in mainly hot Vinyasa classes. MK has learned to embrace the emotional and spiritual aspects of the yogic philosophy in the past few years. The act of moving meditation has truly changed her mindset.

Alex Kapnek completed her RYT certification at Yoga Habit. She is trained in Baptiste style and restorative yoga. Alex likes to provide a high energy class with a focus on core strengthening and creating heat in class. She became interested in yoga as a tool to cope with the stressors of daily life and to augment her recovery from addiction.

Sophie is a self care loving yogi known for her welcoming and non-judgmental teaching style. Sophie’s classes are fun and upbeat with various poses from sun salutations to yogis choice assisted inversion practice.

Jillian’s style of teaching incorporates diverse stages of power, pace, and energy backed up with an urban vibe, internal sentiment, and contemporary music. Whether you’re doing power, vinyasa, or restorative yoga, she thinks it is important to recognize that every practice is your own.

Alyson is a Kundalini Reiki Master, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and Yoga Instructor. She lives by the belief that the body is always capable of returning to a state of wholeness.

Since 2001, Nicole has been professionally teaching Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga. She studied Yoga, Women’s Moon Practices, Ayurveda and Meditation for 2.5 years under the tutelage of Summer Quashie and Leigh Evans. She is now a Yoga Alliance 500HR E-RYT, 85HR RPYT, as well as a Continuing Education Provider.

Alisha renewed her yoga practice when she moved to Philadelphia and found a sense of peace & belonging in the local yoga community. She is also a Registered Nurse & enjoys using her knowledge of anatomy & physiology to bring students an active practice that provides access to unique parts of the body & mind.
