200 Hour Training
The Path of the Guide
Our training is built upon embodied teaching experience, and from the teachings of our studio mentor
Yoli Maya Yeh.
2027 will be our 7th cycle of our training.
YTT-200
This is a 200-hour yoga teacher training.
It’s a comprehensive program designed to teach you how to lead a yoga class from start to finish — with clarity, confidence, and skill.
You’ll learn the foundations of asana, sequencing, anatomy, and cueing.
You’ll practice teaching, receive feedback, and build the capacity to hold a room.
And we go deeper.
This training is trauma-informed and nervous-system–aware.
We focus on how yoga lands in the body — not just how it looks.
You’ll learn how to create classes that feel safe, intentional, and impactful for a wide range of students.
This is for those who feel called to teach — or to deepen their understanding of the practice in a real, embodied way.
You won’t just leave with a certificate.
You’ll leave knowing how to actually teach.

Meet your guides
Both Anne and Sammy are certified RYT-500 yoga teachers, trained extensively through Unity’s deeply integrative approach.
They’re not just experienced practitioners — they are embodiment-led leaders who are now stepping fully into their calling as facilitators and space-holders for the next generation of teachers.
Their guidance is rooted in both tradition and transformation. They bring together years of practice, trauma-informed teaching, and a grounded understanding of what it means to lead from presence, not performance.
If you’ve been craving mentorship that’s equal parts sacred and practical — this is it.
They’re here to walk beside you every step of the way.
