Yoli Maya Yeh Returns for Imbolc

The Seasonal Body: Cyclical Wisdom for an Embodied Life

A full-year journey in one weekend: dream, rise, bloom, release, and offer your wisdom to the Moon.

Friday, January 30th – Sunday, February 1st

Weekend with Yoli

Step into a weekend designed as a living mandala, where your body becomes the map and the seasons become your guides.

Across five immersive sessions, we move through the cyclical intelligence of Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn, and a culminating Full Moon.

This arc invites you to shed the grind-timeline and return to an ancestral way of being: rhythmic, relational, and innately intuitive.

Weekend with Yoli Details

01.
What you will experience

Together, we’ll gather in a ritual-forward container that honors the seasons, the body, and the subtle intelligence that moves beneath daily life. Rather than rushing toward answers, we’ll listen for what is already emerging — and learn how to tend it with care.

You can expect a blend of:

  • Cyclical teachings rooted in seasonal awareness, life cycles, and the wisdom of thresholds

  • Ritual and devotional practices that help anchor insight into the body and daily life

  • Guided movement, reflection, and rest, allowing space for integration rather than overwhelm

  • Community practice, where learning unfolds through shared presence, witnessing, and relationship

✳︎ Open to all, no experience necessary

The Arc of the Weekend

This immersion unfolds as a ceremonial journey through the seasons — mirroring both the wheel of the year and the cycles within our own lives.

The weekend includes five distinct sessions, each one complete in itself, and also part of a larger arc.

Friday Evening — Winter

Friday, January 30th

6 pm – 9 pm

We begin in the stillness of winter.

This opening session invites us into the Dream Temple — a space of rest, intuition, and deep listening.

Here, we slow the nervous system, soften the mind, and attune to what is stirring beneath the surface.

Saturday Morning — Spring

Saturday, January 31st

9 am – 12 pm

As we move into spring, we explore emergence, curiosity, and first movement.

This session focuses on renewal, beginnings, and the subtle signals that guide new growth.

Saturday Afternoon — Summer

Saturday, January 31st

1 pm – 4 pm

Summer brings expansion, vitality, and expression.

In this session, we work with fullness — energy, creativity, and the courage to be seen — while staying in relationship with balance and sustainability.

Sunday Morning — Autumn

Sunday, February 1st

9 am -12 pm

Autumn invites reflection, discernment, and release.

Together, we explore harvest and integration: what is ready to be gathered, and what is ready to be let go.

Sunday Evening — Full Moon

Sunday, February 1st

6 pm – 9 pm

We close under the Full Moon — a time of illumination, culmination, and ritual.

This final session weaves together the teachings of the weekend, offering space for devotion, intention, and communal witnessing.
