Each year, the Unity community returns to River Mountain, a sanctuary nestled in nature. This retreat is our collective rhythm of renewal — the steady heartbeat of the Unity Mandala that calls us back to ourselves, to one another, and to the earth.
River Mountain is more than a retreat center. It is land that holds us. Towering trees, rushing rivers, starlit skies, and mountain air create a container for rest, clarity, and connection. Hammocks sway in the breeze. Fires crackle under the night sky. Silence here heals.

Step away from the noise of everyday life and join us for four days of rest, reflection, movement, and community at River Mountain.
Nestled in the beauty of the changing autumn landscape, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember what matters most. Together, we’ll create spaciousness for deep exhale, meaningful connection, and the kind of restoration that can only happen when we step away from our routines and into intentional community.
Our days will be thoughtfully balanced with guided practices and plenty of time for rest, solitude, and integration. Whether you spend your free time journaling on the porch, wandering the grounds, napping in your room, or connecting with new friends, this retreat is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

This retreat is open to all levels of experience. Whether you’re a longtime practitioner or simply feeling called to pause and recharge, you are welcome here.
$200 deposit to secure your accommodation due upon booking. We will reach out to you to complete your booking.
