About

Who's behind Unity?

Unity is Collective

Unity is guided by a collective — not a guru.

Our founder, Arielle, is a fieldkeeper, a teacher, a tender of the unseen. She holds the field with care — but Unity has never been built on a single voice.

It is built on shared devotion.
Teacher to teacher.
Student to student.
Ceremony to ceremony.
Each offering is a thread, woven together into something larger than any one of us.

Unity is a tapestry of many hands, many hearts, and many voices — a living field that only exists because we hold it together.

What to expect

You’ll walk into a quiet, candle-lit space. Shoes off. Body soft.

You’ll be greeted with a nod or a whisper — not a sales pitch.

You’ll settle into a room that holds you — not performs at you.
Some days, you’ll move. Some days, you’ll lie down.
You’ll follow your breath more than any teacher.
You’ll leave feeling different — but maybe not in the way you thought.

What we offer

Not “classes” — but rhythmic experiences.

At Unity, everything is part of the greater rhythm. What we offer isn’t content to consume, but living experiences that meet you where you are and carry you deeper into the field.

Drop-Ins – Come when you feel the call. Step into the rhythm as it unfolds.
Memberships – Join the pulse. Walk with us month by month, or root in for the year.
Trainings – 200hr, 300hr, and Foundations — pathways for seekers, teachers, and guides who wish to tend the field.
Retreats – Sacred, seasonal, real rest in places where the land itself becomes teacher.
Ceremonies & Circles – Full moons, solstices, sound, and the moments that mark the turning of time.

This is not fitness. Not performance. Not transaction.
This is rhythm, ceremony, and return.

Our Values

Rest is a revolution. In a world that worships hustle, we honor stillness as holy.

You are not here to be fixed. You are already whole. The work is remembering.

Your breath is enough. Nothing to prove. Nothing to perfect. Just inhale, exhale, arrive.

Money is sacred. Exchange is energy, and we treat it with transparency, reverence, and care.

Ritual changes us more than information ever could. Transformation lives in what we practice, not what we consume.

Lineage matters. Language matters. Presence matters. We honor those who came before, the words we speak, and the way we show up now.
